it was a beautifully designed and ideal hotel in a good area, close to the best mexican restaurant on socialite. the service was great and the food was good. the location was favourable, just a short stroll away from deerfield towne center.

The room is impressive and immaculate with very comfy bed. This hotel has good and easy location in a great area.

Wonderful staff, great location!

The location was excellent for our tennis activities, and the staff, especially Shelli, provided a warm welcome. The daily rate seemed high, especially without breakfast included. While most of the team was friendly, a few staff members in the dining area lacked hospitality, which affected the overall experience.

Great staff and easy pool access, but the air conditioning didn't work well.

The pools and nearby Kings Island amusement park kept the kids entertained all day. Our room had a comfortable bed, made it easy for us to relax after a busy day with the family.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options available. A wider selection would greatly enhance the family's dining experience.

The staff were pretty good, even shipping me my iPad that I left behind. Plus, the nearby Cottell Park, just over 2 km away, offered a lovely spot for enjoying scenic strolls.

The indoor pool was an absolute game-changer for relaxation after a long day, and the breakfast buffet was packed with tasty choices like meat quiche and yogurt parfaits that fueled my adventures. I previously stayed in a hotel in mason, but this time the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was a queen room with two queen beds, and it felt spacious and cozy. The staff were attentive, and the access to the fitness center was a nice bonus.
